    Staff Augmentation

    Staff Augmentation balances the business demand for short duration, short notice projects with readily available senior and principle mainframe experts. This service mitigates the risk of the unpredictability of the business making requests of the mainframe environment that cannot be fulfilled due to resource and skills issues.

    Standby Interim Service

    Standby Interim is a variation of our Staff Augmentation service, when we focus on keeping your lights on activities running in an emergency. Standby mitigates the operational risks caused by single points of failure within BAU mainframe teams caused by sudden departures of key staff. You can invoke a rapid, fully informed interim service, and quickly react to any resourcing issues while keeping the mainframe lights on. Once invoked, RSM Partners will also help you to transition back to your BAU solution.
