Mark is a global thought leader in mainframe technology and security, and heads the RSM Technical and Security technical teams. With more than 30 years' experience in IBM Z in diverse sectors and environments, in hands-on technical and strategic roles, Mark's deep insight and solutions-driven approach ensure he is highly valued by RSM clients, IBM and third party technology partners. Mark is Chair of the Guide Share Europe Large Systems working group and Technical Co-Coordinator of the GSE Enterprise Security working group. Mark was the founder of RSM Partners and is one of the key shareholders.
Director (Sales & Marketing)
Andrew joined RSM in 2010 directly from IBM, bringing more than 20 years of IBM Z industry sales and marketing experience. At IBM, Andrew worked within the Software Group, focusing on systems management and IBM's acquisition of Consul, now zSecure. Andrew has held sales, marketing and channel management roles with BMC and Software AG. At Software AG, he worked for HQ Corporate Marketing in Germany, responsible for the worldwide cross-platform relationship with IBM. Today, Andrew is responsible for the growth and expansion of RSM's business globally, both directly and indirectly via channel partners and agents, and is a key shareholder of the business.
Nick is a qualified Chartered Accountant who invested in and joined RSM at its inception. In his early years, Nick held Financial Director roles at several small corporates and specializes in start-up businesses. A successful and entrepreneurial businessman, he owns, invests and consults in a number of businesses, including RSM. Nick is responsible for all financial areas of the business and advises on its corporate strategy.
Director (N. American Operations)
Chad has 25 years of IT, security and risk management experience. Prior to joining RSM Partners, he helped one of the world's largest financial institutions build an in-house penetration testing group, focusing on the IBM mainframe. Chad has held various senior leadership positions in the financial services industry, including responsibility for worldwide data center operations, infrastructure and recovery, as well as enterprise-wide system IBM Z storage.
Director (Asia Pacific Operations)
Steve brings over 35 years of Systems Engineering and Consulting experience. Originally specializing in MVS, CICS and RACF systems programming at IBM's UK Labs, Steve moved to a technical pre-sales and large systems consulting role, working for an independent consultancy, specializing in mainframe security, on projects throughout the UK, Europe, USA & Australia. In 2011, Steve rejoined IBM in Australia as a Senior Client Architect, going on to become IBM's Worldwide CTO for Mainframe Security. Steve was also a member of IBM's Global Advisory Board.
Mark has over 30 years' experience of successfully leading people and projects in challenging fast moving environments. His career spans Owner, Managing Director and Director roles in the Technology, Manufacturing and Investment Banking sectors. Latterly, as an independent business development consultant, he has successfully supported several businesses through their growth phases. Mark started his career in the Royal Engineers and was awarded the MBE on his third operational tour for applying his innovative approach and problem solving skills to some challenging operational issues.

Gary has over 30 years of IBM mainframe experience as a systems architect, programme and project manager delivering high value services to UK and international blue chip clients. His management experience is backed up by mainframe systems and application programming and database design within OS370, OS390 and z/OS environments in COBOL, PL/1, Assembler, CICS, IMS, Db2 and IDMS, plus product pre-sales and post-sales support for ISV mainframe products. Gary's platform transition experience, especially mainframe to emulation, includes several Open Systems variants, and implementation, configuration, support and training.

Jennie brings 16 years of experience in delivering services, projects and operations to RSM Partners. Gaining a vast amount of services experience working for one of the largest global outsourcing companies, she has also worked for smaller organizations supporting growth, transformation and acquisitions, as well as implementing better productivity frameworks. Jennie has a wealth of experience in service management methodologies. With a passion for delivering quality services to the satisfaction of our clients, Jennie is an advocate for the customer centric delivery model at RSM.
Linda has been involved in the mainframe software and services industry for over 20 years, working with top FTSE 100 clients. She is responsible for building relations with our existing and new clients. One of her passions is ensuring the mainframe lives on. Linda's Irish charm, determination and passion to succeed has added to RSM's overall success. She has been pivotal in helping clients meet operational needs, address skills shortages and offering customized solutions to ensure their mainframe systems and businesses run smoother. She is currently building succession plans for the future with several clients.

Ed has over 20 years' experience providing mainframe resourcing services to blue chip clients across banking, insurance, utility, transport, government and media organizations. Since 1997, Ed has been delivering the services of mainframe experts to work on numerous mainframe integration, transformation and divestment programmes.
